My Parents' Visit Comes to an End.....

Well, I know I have been behind on my blog. My parents have been gone for a week and a half now. Sorry it has taken forever to post the rest of the pictures. We had a wonderful time with them. Mallory and Brayden miss them so much. It was great to have visitors. We were sad to see them leave. The last week of their stay we went to the Moselle Valley and Worms (a town close by not the wiggly creature that lives in dirt).

an old toll bridge on the way into the city of Worms
Burg Eltz in the Moselle Valley the best preserved castle that is still family owned!

The beautiful fields in Germany........all of Germany looks like this with the yellow fields of flowers. These flowers are actually a crop called the rapeseed that they make Canola oil from. It is such a beautiful crop! I love the bright yellow!
The Rhine River going through the valley

A beautiful mosaic in front on the town's church

The chef was very creative with his dishes........ delicious too!

the town had these dragons all over

Martin Luther

another castle....this one has dinner shows at night! I took a brochure so there will be another adventure for us to seek!

Thank you Mom and Dad for coming to see us. We enjoyed your stay!
